Chris has worked in the image and video licensing industry for over 20 years in a mix of Business Development, Managerial and leadership roles. Beginning in 1997 with Getty Images at “The Hulton”, Chris later worked with Corbis, Magnum Photos, BBC, ITN, and as General Manager UK for StockFood GmbH. Most recently, Chris has been working for the largest UK advice organisation (Citizens Advice - Hammersmith & Fulham) as their Head of Operations.

Chris has served as a non-executive board member for Majority World (a Community Interest Company) and for Picsel, a not-for- profit Collection Management Organisation.

picturemaxx has appointed Chris Barwick at ImageAble to function as their exclusive agent for all new business in the UK. Chris will promote picturemaxx products and services to Photo Agencies, Media and Publishing businesses, the Heritage Sector, and to the Corporate and PR worlds.
